From November 5 to 10, the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held grandly at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. QMB New Energy Materials as the representative of GEM Indonesia, was invited to participate as part of the Indonesia Pavilion delegation.

At the opening ceremony of the Indonesia Pavilion, Ambassador of Indonesia to China, Djauhari Oratmangun, as the head of the Indonesian delegation, delivered a speech. He noted that the cooperation between Indonesia and China is becoming increasingly close, with deepening bilateral collaboration promising more fruitful outcomes for both countries.

Ambassador Djauhari Oratmangun later visited the QMB booth, where he expressed high appreciation for GEM’s major investment projects and outstanding achievements in Indonesia. QMB's initiatives in Indonesia extend beyond nickel resource development to include areas such as talent development, technology transfer, and community development, highlighting the company's commitment to social responsibility and ESG sustainable practices.

As a representative enterprise in the Indonesia Pavilion, QMB leveraged CIIE’s platform to showcase its advanced technologies and products in the field of new energy materials, including Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (MHP), ternary precursors, cathode materials, and cobalt products. The company also highlighted the achievements of its joint research laboratory for new energy materials and metallurgical engineering, established in collaboration with Bandung Institute of Technology and Central South University, underscoring its leadership in driving technological innovation and international cooperation. Through its participation, QMB further expanded exchanges with global supply chain and industry partners, broadening its "circle of friends" and advancing high-quality development through a high level of openness.
