In August 2024, the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) announced on its official website that PT. QMB New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) audit. QMB has become the first smelting enterprise in Indonesia to simultaneously conduct due diligence on both nickel and cobalt supply chains and pass the RMAP audit.

The RMAP is a globally recognized audit program for responsible mineral sourcing and supply chain management systems.
