On 4th September 2014, Mo Jiancheng, a member of Jiangxi Provincial Party Standing Committee, Executive Vice Governor, who was accompanied by Deng Baosheng, secretary of the municipal party committee of Yichun City, Jiang Bin, the mayor of Yichun City who was also the vice secretary of municipal party committee, paid an inspection visit to Jiangxi GEM Recycling Industrial Park. President Xu Kaihua guided the leaders to visit Jiangxi E-waste Recycling Industrial Park, ELV Recycling Industrial Park and made a report on the circular economy development of GEM.

President Xu Kaihua accompanied Vice Governor Mo and other leaders to visit Jiangxi GEM E-waste  Recycling Industrial Park, introduced GEM’s circular economy industry layout and expressed the thanks to provincial government and relevant departments for their supports. Over the years, GEM has invested two industrial parks in Jiangxi. It was the favorable policy environment has given GEM the power for development. GEM will, as always, exploit the urban mines and promote the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Circle. In Jiangxi GEM ELV Recycling Industrial Park, President Xu Kaihua made an in-depth induction on GEM’s scrapped automobiles recycling mode of "Standard, Mechanization, Harmlessness, Re-utilization, Information and Education". Vice Governor Mo was very interested at scrapped automobiles and motorcycles dismantling. The leaders learned how the scrapped automobiles and motorcycles were processed and became reusable resources on the site.

During the follow-up meeting, President Xu Kaihua explained how scrapped automobiles processing industry became intensive, environmental friendly and realized industrial park management in GEM. Vice Governor Mo and President Xu Kaihua made an in-depth discussion on the current industrial development of ELV recycling, demonstration center for ELV processing and other many issues. Vice Governor Mo encouraged GEM to actively explore the recycling mode for ELV in Jiangxi Province,  to build industrial model for ecological civilization demonstration in Jiangxi Province and to make contribution to the development of circular economy in Jiangxi Province.
