On May 19th, 2016, under the organization and leadership of the Academy of Macroeconomic Research of National Development and Reform Commission, the “One Belt One Road” Circular Economy Delegation visited GEM(Wuhan) Recycling Industrial Park. Manager in charge of overseas investment management department of GEM Group warmly received the delegation, and accompanied them to visit Wuhan GHM Auto Parts Re-manufacturing Co.,Ltd, GEM (Wuhan) “Urban Mining” Museum, the intelligent information monitoring platform, ELV (End-of-Life Vehicle) and WEEE green dismantling workshops.

During the following symposium, manager in charge of overseas investment management department gave a detailed report on GEM’s industrial concept, development history, core competitiveness, green development opportunities of China, advanced technology management concept in the field of circular economy, and the experience and feelings of promoting China"s green technology “going out”, highlighted GEM’s industrial layout and technical level in WEEE and ELV recycling, emphasized on the promotion of GEM’s re-manufactured auto parts , WPC and other high-tech products.

Members of “One Belt One Road” circular economy delegation were amazed at GEM’s recycling technology, praised China"s achievements in the field of circular economy, admired the recycling enterprise like GEM in China. Representatives from Ministry of Environmental Protection, Economic, Investment and Science of the “One Belt One Road” countries exchanged views with GEM on recycling industry foreign aid project, overseas planning, cooperation intention and so on.

This "One Belt One Road" circular economy theme tour is benefit to GEM practicing the concept of green development in China"s “One Belt One Road" strategic background, seizing the opportunities of green development, taking foreign aid projects of Ministry of Commerce as an opportunity, blueprinting “One Belt One Road" , helping GEM"s advanced recycling technologies to go out.

During the visit, the “One Belt One Road" circular economy delegation and GEM manager took a group photo to mark the occasion.
